    Half-Pork Details – The total price ($6.00/lb plus butcher fee) will be determined by the hang weight. Estimated average weight is 90-100 lbs. on the half. Invoice will be sent for weight at time of harvest. You are responsible for butcher fee at time of pickup, butcher fee varies on cut/cure preferences.

    Whole Pork Details - The total price ($5.75/lb plus butcher fee) will be determined by the hang weight.  Estimated average hang weight is 180-200 lbs. on the whole. Invoice will be sent for weight at time of harvest. You are responsible for butcher fee at time of pickup, butcher fee varies on cut/cure preferences.
