*Price paid today ($100.00) is a non-refundable deposit that will be subtracted from the total price of the pork cut. The total price ($5.75/lb plus butcher fee) will be determined by the hang weight.  Estimated average total $1035.00 (180-200 lbs) and will be paid at time of pickup at the butcher.
